The monthly costs

The cost of your top includes the following items:

• the room rent (with 10% VAT)
• furniture rental (with 20% VAT)
• the operating cost accounts (with 10% VAT.)
• the heating cost accounts (with 20% VAT)

Billing is based on m² of usable area, the power consumption according to the actual measured consumption.

The gross monthly rents including BK/HK/Internet/electricity accounts are for:

• standard single topsdepending on size and location in the house between € 570.00 pm and € 765.00 pm
• two bedroom units depending on size and location in the house between € 1,610.00 pm and € 1,840.00 pm

The deposit is 2 gross monthly rents.

There are no contract establishment costs and no commission costs.

Since the house was built without housing subsidies, rent subsidies can be obtained if the relevant requirements of the Innsbruck municipality are met.
