Alpine Residence for Students
Our tops with terrace, balcony or loggia
Our house consists of a total of 5 upper floors, connected by two staircases and two elevators from the 1st basement to the 5th floor.
Most tops face either east or west, with some tops also facing south.
Each top has a terrace (on the ground floor) or its own balcony, the south-facing tops have a loggia, two tops on the 5th floor have a terrace adjoining the general roof terrace.
- The underground car park, the bicycle room, a locker room, the e-car charging station and various technical and ancillary rooms are located on the first basement floor.
- On the ground floor you will find the lounge with vending machines for drinks and snacks and a lockable bar, the mail room with the mailboxes and the parcel receiving station, as well as the garbage room and the general garden on the courtyard side. .
- In addition to the tops, the other common rooms are located on the upper floors, the laundry rooms with the washing machines and dryers are on the 1st and 3rd floors, and locker rooms on the 2nd and 4th floors.
- The fitness room and the large roof terrace with the roof garden for relaxing are on the 5th floor.
Our standard single tops with balcony type 1
Tops with kitchenette with fridge above, microwave under the ceramic hobs and fixed dining table.
Top size depending on the location between approx. 22 m² and 27 m² terrace / balcony with another approx. 4 m²

- Bath: Fully tiled with underfloor heating, space-saving glass sliding door, large shower with three-jet shower head, washbasin, wall-sized mirror, bathroom utensil cupboard, toilet.
- anteroom: Entrance door with door viewer, parquet floor, underfloor heating, cloakroom, closet with clothes rail and shutters, mirror, intercom system to the house entrance, fuse box, temperature and sun blind control.
- Kitchenette: with tiled floor, sink, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and plenty of cupboard space for crockery and cooking utensils. Dining area: fixed dining table with chair.
- Room: with parquet and underfloor heating, bed / sofa (90*210 cm) with linen drawer, a desk with four drawers, internet connection with double network socket, an office chair, a bookshelf with 5 levels.
